To differentiate between these two groups, we refer to the former as “achievers” and the latter as “sustainers.”

On the other hand, we notice a set of general traits among sustainers, which includes a tendency to make promises they cannot keep. Although they may experience some career progression, they often find themselves moving from one place to another, struggling to break through certain limitations. They are inclined towards quick-fix solutions and get-rich-quick schemes. Their lack of genuine inspiration in their work is evident, often leading to a sense of “dead man working” behavior.
Extensive literature, research, and studies exist in the market exploring these topics. One aspect that undoubtedly plays a significant role is character integrity, which can be easily observed in individuals who possess it versus those who lack it. Self-discipline is another noteworthy factor, with some individuals adhering to a morning routine that involves waking up early and exercising, regardless of the prevailing weather conditions. There are also those who consistently carry a book with them, utilizing their leisure time to study and explore new subjects day after day.
The lesson learn? here are some pieces of advice that can be derived:
