I am being eat lot of Japanese style raw ‘live’ meat (i.e. sashimi) for various fish, even horse meat sashimi at Japan. Always want to try it, and for the recent Thailand 7th trip, I and my wife taste it at Japanese restaurant located inside CentralWorld.
I expected for Sashimi lobster how it taste like, and it fulfilled it. Surprise me, the rest of shell part is use for making lobster soup.
Japanese Sashimi is not really like most of western world thought of as simple taste of raw flesh. It is art by itself, if you manage to saw how Japanese sashimi is prepared and served, the presentment of the final dish.
