Moroccan Mint Tea

Moroccan mint tea will be a drink I can think of, just like you travel any part of the world, one drink most of local accepted and drink across entire nation. Coffee or tea, that the world most common drink after water. Some country rule back coffee but other influence by tea. Some is drink it for very long centuries until they are start taste the coffee.

Traveler alway want to taste in the local way, because we can not bring it back, the local taste, the environment, and try to remember it during travel across the land.

Like coffee, it had different grade and depend on how your lifestyle, it can be mean very different and experience differently.

I still remember I had a good time for tea as well during travel Turkey land. When I saw the picture I can immediate identify that is Turkey way for drink the tea. Because that the unique local way for consume their tea drink.

Moroccan mint tea benefits

  • Relieve symptoms of indigestion, heartburn, and irritable bowel syndrome by relaxing the muscles in and around the intestine.
  • Act as a powerful antioxidant, protecting the body against the formation of cancerous cells.
  • Inhibit the growth of many different types of bacteria and fungus.

  • Mint can help with nasal allergies.
  • It can relieve congestion, head colds, and headaches.

  • Mint is a very good cleanser for the blood.
  • Mint tea can help clear up skin disorders such as acne.
  • This herb is filled with many vitamins.
  • It contains carotene, the pigment which is part of Vitamin B complex family.
  • It also contains good amounts of Thiamine.
  • Riboflavin, essential for many biological functions in the body, is also present in Mint.
  • Niacin and Folic acid are also present.
  • Minerals present in mint include
 Calcium, Phosphorus, Zinc, Copper, magnesium and manganese, Selenium and fluoride.
